Position Details

• Shift: 12-hour shifts | 3 days per week (Days or Nights)
• Setting:
  Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Facility
• Status:
  Full-time contract (36 hours/week)
• Start Date:
  
  ASAP or upon availability
• Pay:
  Competitive weekly compensation based on experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
• Monitor patient health, administer medications, and perform treatments
• Document care accurately and communicate effectively with the care team
• Ensure safety, dignity, and quality of life for all residents
• Supervise CNAs and contribute to team-based care delivery

Requirements

• Active RN license in Colorado (or compact license)
• BLS certification (AHA preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in a skilled nursing or LTC setting
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented
