Event Center Server - City of Rifle

Serves alcoholic, nonalcoholic beverages, snacks and food to Ute Events Center guests in a professional, responsible manner, ensuring they have a great experience when attending an event. Responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving beverages in a friendly and efficient manner, providing guests with responsible alcohol service while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Minimum Education: None required; high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Job Requirements: Preferred valid Colorado driver license or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire. If no driver's license, reliable transportation must be available. Ability to pass a background check and MVR; must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol. Training in Responsible Serving of Alcohol as described in Rifle Municipal Code, or ability to obtain such training at first opportunity offered.
  
  Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Work Experience: At least 2 years in customer service, hospitality, or the service industry preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform essential duties.

Part‑time position with wage $16.67–$19.17 (plus tips), depending on experience and qualifications.

Position open until 5:00 PM Monday, December 29th.
