• Oversees preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
• Analyzes accounting data, reconciles accounts and bank statements, maintains the general ledger, and manages month-end close processes including cash reconciliation.
• Develops and documents business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls and financial security.
• Prepares and audits financial transactions, compiles balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and special financial reports.
• Coordinates and supports accounting clerical staff, assists with annual audits and year-end close procedures.
• Reviews and improves accounting systems and procedures; ensures compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
• Maintains confidentiality of financial information and fosters customer confidence.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and participation in professional organizations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field preferred, or equivalent education, training, and experience.
• Two to five years of relevant work experience, ideally in a hospital setting.
• CPA license is preferred but not mandatory.

Our total rewards package includes

• Pay Range: $40.00 - $44.68/hour (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials:$2–$4/hour for nights and weekends

Compensation may vary outside this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
