Description and Requirements

As a Retail Specialist at Premium (Acosta Group), you will ensure client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability and executing retail merchandising activities.

What you will do

• Locate merchandise in the backroom to place products on the store floor.
• Stock and pack out products to help shoppers find what they need.
• Front‑face products to make sure shelves look their best.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at your home and bring them to the store.
• Install and place promotional materials as outlined in instructions to ensure client products stand out.
• Build displays to showcase client products as needed.
• Answer simple, step‑by‑step questions within Premium’s field technology on your mobile device as you complete your work.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate your success.
• Represent Premium and its clients in your assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to get the job done.
• Collaborate with your direct manager via email, phone and text.

How you will succeed

• Own your store(s) – you will be the face of Premium while working in Walmart.
• Enjoy working independently while being an extension of the Walmart family.
• Communicate effectively with store associates, managers and Premium team members.
• Leverage the support of and share best practices with our Walmart team nationwide through closed social media groups and various communication channels.
• Contact Premium’s Operations Support Center for help with challenges in store.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe.
• Follow detailed instructions closely to ensure accuracy.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Report your work the same day you complete it.

Tools you need for the job

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
• Smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
