Job Title: HR Coordinator
Job Type: W2 Contract – 12 months
Location: Rigby, – Onsite
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: $24 / hour
Position OverviewThe Human Resources Coordinator supports HR operations across the Teton Outfitters Apparel Portfolio by performing a wide range of HR-related functions. This role plays a key part in hourly staffing, onboarding and orientation, employee relations, policy enforcement, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, service-focused, and confident working independently while partnering closely with business leaders to drive positive outcomes.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Support and lead HR activities including interviewing, candidate selection, onboarding, orientation, training, policy enforcement, and employee relations
- Facilitate onboarding by coordinating facility tours, planning and conducting new hire orientation, and communicating with new hires and leadership
- Organize and maintain personnel records in compliance with legal record retention requirements and internal procedures
- Assist with employee relations documentation, including corrective action and disciplinary processes
- Oversee and support performance management standards related to productivity, safety, and quality
- Maintain HRIS data by processing transactions such as new hires, transfers, terminations, and compensation changes (Workday preferred)
- Prepare HR-related documents and communications including onboarding materials, benefit guides, and recruiting resources
- Design and create marketing materials to support recruiting and community engagement initiatives
- Respond to employee inquiries and partner with HR and Operations leaders to navigate employee relations matters
- Manage payroll processing and timecard auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support projects and initiatives that promote employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
- Ensure management practices comply with federal and state employment laws
- Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency
- Represent Teton Outfitters in the community and foster positive community relationships
- Perform additional projects and duties as assigned
- Ability to navigate HRIS systems (Workday preferred)

- Ability to integrate HR practices into business processes
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred - HR certification or prior HR experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in-person and virtually
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software and payroll administration preferred
