Environmental, Health & Safety Manager

This position is responsible for operations of the Idaho Pacific, Center, CO manufacturing facility's wastewater processing system, waste solids management, air quality and all other Federal, State and Municipal environmental matters. This position is responsible for obtaining, renewing and complying with all government and regulatory agencies' permits and requirements for the facility. This position is responsible for the health, safety and development of employees and for ensuring a safe work environment at the facility.

Responsibilities include the design and training of safety programs, organizing and conducting safety meetings, disseminating safety information, conducting accident investigation, hazard analysis, coordination of new hire safety orientation, and safety inspections on all new and existing machinery and equipment, work with human resources and management to identify light duty and return to work programs, perform accident investigation and corrective action recommendations.
