CDL Driver​/Operator

We are currently hiring for CDL Driver/Operator jobs in Rigby, Idaho for our team at Avail Valley Construction . As a CDL Driver, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of materials, equipment, or goods to designated locations. You will be expected to conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, follow DOT regulations, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining accurate records. • Safely operate commercial vehicles such as dump trucks, flatbeds, and tankers to transport materials and equipment.
• Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicles are in proper working condition.
• Adhere to all DOT regulations, safety guidelines, and company policies while on the road and at job sites.
• Load and unload cargo as necessary, ensuring proper handling and secure transport.
• Maintain accurate logs and delivery records, documenting trips, mileage, and any incidents.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, team members, and clients to ensure timely deliveries.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.

• Valid CDL (Class A or
  
  B) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience operating commercial vehicles and/or heavy equipment.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations, safety standards, and transportation procedures.
• Ability to lift, move, and secure loads as needed.
• Excellent time management, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
