Actief Werkt! zoekt een Medewerker Service Desk die als eerste contactpunt voor klanten fungeert. Je beantwoordt vragen en problemen via telefoon, e-mail en chat en geeft snel passende oplossingen.
Je registreert alle informatie in ons systeem en werkt nauw samen met andere teams voor complexere vraagstukken. Ervaring is welkom, maar inzet en leergierigheid staan voorop; het salaris ligt tussen 2.800 en 3.300 euro bruto per maand en er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling.
