• For our client, we are looking for an energetic and service‑minded Sales Support Operator who thrives in a fast-moving, international environment. You will support the coordination of global service activities for engineering teams working on vessels and shipyards worldwide. Requests for personnel deployment change frequently, and you ensure that planning and procedures run smoothly between customers, internal teams, and Siemens production plants.
• This is a role where you can truly make an impact. You will have room to bring your own ideas, take initiative, and help optimize processes.

• Review and process customer RFQs (requests for quotation) in Salesforce
• Submit RFQs to Siemens production plants
• Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations
• Process customer purchase orders
• Maintain regular communication with customers and international Siemens colleagues (email & phone)
• Support account managers with administrative coordination
• Align and coordinate planning for global deployment of (service) employees

• Strong communicator who can manage shifting priorities and changing planning schedules
• Customer-oriented with a natural commercial feel
• Enjoys solving complex planning puzzles
• Proactive, accurate, and comfortable taking ownership
• Affinity with technology is a plus, but not required
• Strong command of English and Dutch
• Thrives in a small, close-knit team with open and direct communication
