Position: Program Support Associate (Lithuanian & English Fluency Required)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Program Support Associate who is fluent in Lithuanian with strong English communication skills to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality support to both internal and external customers, handling inquiries across multiple channels while driving efficient resolutions and long‑term satisfaction. Fluent in Lithuanian (any additional European languages a plus) and have good written and oral English language skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Display high productivity, program knowledge, expertise, sound decision‑making, and proven ability to function autonomously.
  • Provide primary support and solutions for customer inquiries through phone and email communications for internal and external customers.
  • Provide complete resolution to customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions for long‑term customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver engaging customer interactions through various communication channels.
  • Escalate involved or complex situations quickly and accurately to other team members, departments, or leadership.
  • Solid understanding of one or more programs based on team alignment.
  • Proactively identify process enhancements that will improve department results and efficiencies.
  • Function as a change leader by embracing change.
  • Flexible with tasks and hours to meet the department's and customers' needs.
  • Supports Trevi Pay policies/procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications
  • Fluent in Lithuanian and have good written and oral English language skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to SOP Policies.
  • Proven ability to assess, prioritize, and balance daily workload while using personal judgment with sound decision‑making skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attendance, dependability, and reliability.
  • Proficient knowledge of Windows applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Proficient use of Saleforce/ Service Cloud.
  • Attention to detail.
  • 1–2 Years of Experience.
  • High School / College Preferred.
