Florence zoekt een Trainer & Ontwikkelspecialist om trainingen en leeractiviteiten te ontwikkelen en te verzorgen. Je werkt aan lesmateriaal, e-learnings en praktijkgerichte leerinterventies en ondersteunt interne trainers op didactisch gebied.
Je werkt samen met Leren & Ontwikkelen en leidinggevenden om leerbehoeften te vertalen naar oplossingen. Hybride werken, 32 uur per week, met mogelijkheden tot ontwikkeling via ons Ontwikkelcentrum.
