Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Customer Engineer with a background in semiconductors to join our technical support and customer success team. In this role, you will act as a key technical liaison between our product development teams and our customers across Central Europe, ensuring optimal integration, performance, and application of our semiconductor solutions.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and solutions to customers in pre-sales and post-sales stages.
Analyze customer requirements and recommend suitable semiconductor products or systems.
Collaborate closely with R&D and product marketing teams to align customer needs with product features.
Develop and deliver product presentations, technical documentation, and training.
Support design-in efforts for customer projects (e.g., embedded systems, power electronics, RF).
Conduct in-depth technical problem solving and root cause analysis.
Participate in field trials, customer visits, and technical workshops across the region.
Stay current with semiconductor trends, applications, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in semiconductor applications, support, or product engineering.
Solid knowledge of analog/digital electronics, ICs, power devices, or embedded systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience in debugging hardware/software systems.
Fluent in English;
German or another Central European language is a plus.
Willingness to travel (~25–40%) across Central Europe.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Able to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborative spirit:
Works well with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and product marketing.

Dependable, structured, and consistent in delivering high-quality work on time.
