Job Summary
Join the team that is revolutionizing the timing industry with the best Micro-electromechanical Systems (MEMS) timing products in the world. As a Manager of MEMS Engineering, you will lead a technical team developing novel MEMS for SiTime’s timing products.
Your technical prowess will guide the roadmap of new MEMS technologies and products that solve the world’s toughest timing problems. Your leadership will fuel team growth and drive enabling technological breakthroughs through efficient intra-team collaboration.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of world-class MEMS development and characterization engineers to define and successfully execute technically challenging engineering projects
Coach and scale your team (2-5 engineers), manage team’s advancement along career tracks
Lead development of new MEMS technologies and devices, enhance the performance of existing devices, improve measurement or simulation infrastructure
Contribute to design and analysis of experiments to understand device physics, materials, and fabrication
Provide your own hands-on technical contributions
Interface with local and overseas vendors
Work in cross-functional engineering teams, including circuits, systems, and packaging

Qualifications & Requirements:

Ph.D. in ME, EE, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of industry experience; 7+ years is preferred
Strong organizational skills and a track record of successful engineering projects as a team lead
Experience in designing and conducting lab experiments, preferably with RF measurement
Basic knowledge of programing languages, circuits, metrology equipment and methods
Excellent interpersonal and written and verbal communication skills
Technical curiosity
Passion for delivering exceptional results
