Who are we?

A value-added distributor, Blue Finch-ESBD is a company of about fifteen employees, specialized in the distribution and integration of software dedicated to the security of digital data. Our sales and technical teams are spread over 3 sites, in France (Annecy and Neufch e2teau) and in Holland (The Hague).

Blue Finch-ESBD is also a founding member of the European BBES Group, which has about 1500 customers from all sectors and all sizes in Europe.

• During the first period, you will be trained "on-the-job" as 1st and 2nd line support engineer to solve problems together with our customers
• In addition, you are also deployed to be involved in projects with customers and in pre-sales advisory processes, based on your acquired expertise
• You help existing and onboarding customers with implementations, consultancy, and training
• Together with the team, you think about new products and services to further expand the Blue Finch-ESBD portfolio

Requirements

• Experience in some of the relevant areas, such as Azure, AWS, VMware, DBs, Linux, Windows, Java, Storage, APIs, Web Services, or Cybersecurity
• Completed Bachelor study in relevant field
• Good analytical skills and able to spar and solve problems directly with customers
• At least 3 years of experience in ICT
• A professional and customer-oriented attitude
• Proficiency in Dutch and English languages, written and spoken
