Crystal ICT zoekt een Senior ICT Servicedeskmedewerker voor Middin, gevestigd in Rijswijk. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor ruim 3.000 gebruikers en bewaakt ITIL-processen bij incidenten en migraties.
Je werkt met Office 365, Azure AD en diverse beheer-tools op locatie en remote. Je hebt minimaal drie jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, ervaring met Office 365, Exchange Online en VMware/Hyper-V, en bent een echte teamspeler met een dienstverlenende instelling.
