Zorg zoekt een coördinerend begeleider voor de locaties Trapezium & Klimophof in Rotterdam Nesselande. In deze rol coördineer je de zorg rondom de bewoners en help je teams bij hun ontwikkeling. Je werkt 32-36 uur per week met een maandsalaris van €3.052 tot €4.262 bruto op basis van 36 uur.
Je hebt minimaal één jaar ervaring met het begeleiden van mensen met een verstandelijke beperking en bent in het bezit van een HBO diploma Social Work. Flexibiliteit en coaching zijn cruciale vaardigheden in deze rol.
