Woondroom Zorg zoekt een betrokken woonbegeleider voor GeWoon Rijswijk. Je werkt 12 uur per week in een kleinschalig team om volwassenen met een (licht) verstandelijke beperking te ondersteunen in zelfredzaamheid en maatschappelijke participatie.
Je begeleidt bewoners bij dagelijkse taken, stimuleert op hun tempo en bewaakt een warme, gezellige sfeer. Diensttijden zijn 15:30–21:30 uur, doordeweeks en in het weekend.
