COA zoekt een empathische woonbegeleider om bewoners te ondersteunen, begeleiden en een veilige leefomgeving te waarborgen. Met een agogische achtergrond help je bij zelfredzaamheid en toekomstplannen, in nauwe samenwerking met collega’s en met alertheid op signalen die extra aandacht vereisen.
Een MBO-4 diploma in agogische richting is vereist, minimaal 2 jaar ervaring, kennis van COA-taken en beschikbaarheid voor 32–36 uur per week behoort tot de vereisten.
