The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer care and quality control support by managing inbound inquiries across multiple channels. This role ensures timely resolution of customer issues, maintains accurate documentation, and supports internal coordination with field personnel and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, organized, and confident in handling sensitive or time-sensitive service matters.
What you will enjoy doing*- You will provide exceptional customer care and quality control support by handling inbound inquiries with a consistently polite and professional demeanor
- Efficiently manage customer voicemails by listening, responding, and taking necessary actions to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
- Moreover, you will oversee the Support mailbox, delivering timely and effective responses to inquiries as required
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of all customer issues to support effective follow-up and resolution
- In addition, you will communicate with field personnel in a clear and concise manner, using bullet points to enhance clarity and efficiency
- Draft subject-specific emails that clearly outline required actions and update them as issues move through different phases
- You will process credit and rebill requests, ensuring all necessary management approvals are obtained prior to execution
- High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
- College diploma is considered an asset
- You have two to four (2-4) years of experience in sales and customer service
- You must have strong communication skills and be able to clearly convey ideas and information
- And you should be comfortable working in a cross-functional environment and collaborating with teams across different areas
- You need to have a good working knowledge of IT tools, including Windows and Microsoft Office 365
