Position: Highspring Salesforce User Experience Designer
Transform Salesforce user experiences at Highspring as a User Experience Designer. Drive impactful design solutions that enhance usability and promote effective data access in a complex environment.

We are looking for a User Experience Designer to join Highspring's Salesforce Transformation initiative. This role focuses on improving user experience and adopting Salesforce within a sophisticated CRM environment. You will work with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams to create and refine user-centered designs that support business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Product Owner on Salesforce solutions

• Create functional mockups and proof-of-concept designs

• Deliver solutions using Agile methodologies

• Enhance end-user journeys and interface designs

• Contribute to dashboard optimization and data analysis

Requirements:

• Proven UX/UI design experience for digital transformation

• Strong stakeholder collaboration skills

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce tools

• Agile environment familiarity is essential

• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
