In this pivotal role, you'll support Workday's evolution and maximize its capabilities across the organization. With a minimum of five years of experience, you'll take the lead on integration development, security, and configuration, ensuring all business needs are addressed and aligned with strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage integrations using Workday’s tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders on product strategy delivery
• Maintain security structures and audit readiness
• Create advanced reports and analytics dashboards
• Lead bi-annual Workday release management
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of hands-on Workday configuration
• Proficiency in integration and reporting
• Deep understanding of security models
• Proven experience with release management
• Strong analytical and communication skills
