In this role, you will serve as a Scrum Master, leveraging your 8–10 years of experience in Agile environments to facilitate sprints, manage priorities, and engage stakeholders effectively. Collaborate closely with product, data engineering, and AI development teams to ensure alignment with broader goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate sprint planning and reviews

• Collaborate with the Product Owner on backlogs

• Oversee cross-workstream dependencies and risks

• Report concise Agile metrics to executives

• Mentor team members in Agile practices
Requirements:

• 8–10 years in Agile roles

• Experience with AI or data engineering teams

• Proven capability in non-deterministic delivery models

• Full work authorization in Canada

• Knowledge of energy sector terminology preferred
