Position: FedEx Driving Courier with Mentorship
Drive success as a Fed Ex courier driver, efficiently delivering packages while fulfilling a mentorship role. Strong communication and leadership skills are key to this dynamic position.

The Fed Ex courier driver will engage in a floating driving role across 15 routes, providing essential coverage and acting as a mentor to hourly employees. You will enhance team performance by demonstrating effective communication and conflict resolution skills. Additionally, the role encourages promotion of sales and identification of potential revenue-generating opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage delivery and pickup on a range of routes

• Fill in for absent couriers when needed

• Guide team members through mentorship and communication

• Identify sales opportunities to drive revenue growth

• Comply with all safety and operational standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• At least one year of courier experience

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Capability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver 150 lbs

• Fulfillment of Fed Ex training and certification protocols
