  • Monitor and evaluate loading and unloading processes, teaching employees safe and ergonomic movement and providing continuous feedback on productivity.
  • Ensure all warehouse equipment is safely maintained and employees are properly trained to operate all machinery, including forklifts.
  • Act as a liaison between the Office and Warehouse teams to determine the root cause of customer complaints and recommend operational procedure changes for resolution.
  • Expedite priority (hot rush) orders efficiently without disrupting the normal flow of operations.
  • Ensure proper inventory control procedures are followed and assist with cycle counts and error correction.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present operational reports and data to leadership, offering suggestions for continuous improvements.
Who We’re Looking For Experience & Knowledge
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams with strong supervisory and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Prior experience with LEAN warehouse principles and/or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Demonstrated success in implementing process improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to drive and train personnel on the safe operation of forklifts and other warehouse machinery.

  • Extensive knowledge and proficiency with Warehouse Management Software (WMS) and inventory systems.
