Konecta in Ringwood, Hampshire, is seeking a Multilingual Customer Experience Consultant to join our customer service team. You will operate calls, emails and live chats for Zeal Group’s lottery services.
The role handles about 25,000 contacts per month across multiple channels, aims for 90%+ customer satisfaction, and offers a flexible, autonomy‑based working environment. 40 hours per week, shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday.
