Senior Architectural Technologist

We are currently recruiting for a talented Senior Architectural Technologist in Fordingbridge to join an award-winning AJ Top 100 architectural practice with studios across the UK, combining national expertise with strong local knowledge. The Fordingbridge studio works across an exciting and varied portfolio, with particular experience across Historic & Conservation, Hotels & Hospitality, Community, Care & Senior Living as well as Residential projects.

Project values typically range from £2m - £40m, providing the successful Senior Architectural Technologist with the opportunity to work across and take responsibility for a diverse range of technically challenging schemes. Based from a purpose-built studio on the edge of the New Forest, the Fordingbridge team currently consists of around 30 staff, with a long-term growth plan in place. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist with a strong technical background and proven experience running projects to take a key role within the team, with the potential to progress towards Associate level.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will be responsible for the technical delivery and day-to-day running of projects, primarily from RIBA Stage 4 onwards. You will work closely with Architects, Technologists, Designers, Consultants, Contractors and Clients, acting as a key point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. There is also the opportunity to manage and mentor junior members of the team as the practice continues to grow.
