Operating from their head office in the BH24 area, they are well known for their collaborative culture, strong regional presence, and commitment to developing their teams. They are now seeking a Sub Agent to join their Southern division.

Job Purpose

As a Sub Agent, you will apply and build on your technical expertise while supporting project delivery and supervising site activities. You will help drive quality, safety, and performance across your allocated work packages.

Key Requirements

Essential

Experience managing small teams or specific work packages within construction or civil engineering
Strong organisational skills with a commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
Ability to supervise site operations and provide mentoring to junior team members
Solid understanding of planning, project requirements, and quality control processes

Desirable

Experience preparing reports, method statements, and risk assessments
Basic commercial awareness and ability to support business development activities
Relevant qualifications such as CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS, TWC
