We are working with a respected, Ringwood‑based multi‑disciplinary civil engineering contractor delivering a diverse range of infrastructure projects across the South. Operating from their head office in the BH24 area, they are well known for their collaborative culture, strong regional presence, and commitment to developing their teams. The company works across highways, coastal, marine, environmental, and structural projects, offering long-term career growth through varied project exposure and structured professional development.

They are now seeking a Sub Agent to join their Southern division.

This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your engineering and site management skills within a supportive and ambitious environment. You will play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently, and to a high standard across a broad mix of civil engineering schemes.

As a Sub Agent, you will apply and build on your technical expertise while supporting project delivery and supervising site activities. You will help drive quality, safety, and performance across your allocated work packages.

• Experience managing small teams or specific work packages within construction or civil engineering
• Strong organisational skills with a commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards
• Ability to supervise site operations and provide mentoring to junior team members
• Solid understanding of planning, project requirements, and quality control processes

• Experience preparing reports, method statements, and risk assessments
• Basic commercial awareness and ability to support business development activities
• Relevant qualifications such as CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS, TWC
