Trusted Technology Partnership is seeking a Service Desk Team Lead to deliver outstanding IT support in Ringwood, Hampshire. You will manage the incident and request lifecycle, oversee operational cover during busy periods and drive continuous improvements.
You will lead a small team of Service Desk Technicians, ensure escalations are handled promptly and provide regular activity reporting. A DBS check is required and ITIL v3/v4 and customer service experience are essential.
