We are looking for Registered Mental Health Nurses ( RMN ) to join a specialist service in Ringwood, supporting older adults with complex mental health conditions, dementia and physical health needs. This role is suitable for candidates commuting from Ringwood, Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Verwood, Ferndown, Wimborne, Fordingbridge and surrounding areas.
- Providing safe, effective, and person-centred care
- Working closely with colleagues to maintain a supportive and professional team culture
- Maintaining high standards of clinical practice, safeguarding, and compliance
- Collaborating with the wider multidisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care in line with service values and evidence-based practice
- A positive, caring, and compassionate approach to delivering high quality care
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- A high level of self-motivation with a flexible and proactive working style
- A relevant Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification
- A current and unrestricted NMC registration
- A minimum of 1 year's post-qualification experience as an RMN
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK without s p o n s o r s h i p
- Experience working in acute settings
