Crew Clothing Company is seeking an Assistant Manager for a full-time, 37.5-hour week role. You will support the store manager to drive sales, motivate staff, maintain visual merchandising and deliver a premium shopping experience for customers on the south coast.
You will lead by example in customer service, help recruit and develop the team, and ensure high standards across operations, stock, and store presentation in a busy fashion retail environment.
