Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets Develop and implement strategic sales plans to enhance dealership performance Coach and mentor Sales Executives to improve their product knowledge and sales skills Manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and profit targets Oversee the sales administration process to ensure accurate record-keeping Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities Support the dealership’s growth initiatives through effective business development Requirements of a Sales Manager :
