Achieve and exceed monthly and annual vehicle sales targets Maximise profitability on vehicle sales through effective selling of warranties and finance options Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and foster customer loyalty Clearly communicate options, accessories, extended warranties, and finance facilities to customers Develop a thorough knowledge of product features, accessories, and pricing Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism and product knowledge at all times Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and dealership policies Proactively prospect for new customers and follow up on sales leads Ensure the highest standards of customer care throughout the sales process Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
