We are looking for Group Exercise Instructors to join our friendly and professional team. You will be customer focused and ensure that all attendees get the best from the class in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment. We need a real people person who is a team player, as you will work alongside members of the fitness team to ensure a successful class programme.

Predominantly we are looking for qualified instructors for the following Les Mills Body Pump class. We also welcome applications from passionate instructors who can bring something new to the programme. Our key focus is to ensure our employees and customers have the best experience possible. • Nationally recognised group exercise qualification (Les Mills)
• Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
• Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service
• To be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
