• Between the ages of 21-36
• Delivered at least one healthy child with no major complications
• No more than 2 C-sections or 5 deliveries
• Body Mass Index (BMI) of 32 or below
• US citizen or permanent resident
• No current drug/alcohol use
• Having a strong support system

• $50,000-$65,000 Compensation/Benefits for first-time surrogate mothers, while experienced surrogate mothers typically get paid between $70,000 and $100,000.
• Life insurance and health insurance
• Be reimbursed for any out-of-pocket costs like medical co-pays, travel expenses, childcare and housekeeping, etc.
