Family Practice Physician - Rural Health Clinic We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Practice Physician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about primary care, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and be committed to providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population across all ages.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
- Perform routine physical exams and preventive screenings.
- Develop treatment plans and follow up with patients.
- Coordinate care with specialists and other providers as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active and unrestricted medical license in TEXAS
- DEA license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care
