* We are seeking a Salesperson to join our team at Payne Rio Ford. The Salesperson will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, providing information about vehicle features, financing options, and after-sales services.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-oriented approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus

** Responsibilities:*
* - Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
- Describe vehicle features and demonstrate operation of the vehicle
- Arrange test drives with customers
- Negotiate price and trade-in value for vehicles
- Close sales by overcoming objections; complete sales or purchase contracts; explain provisions; offer services, warranties, and financing options
