Our Project Coordinators keep everything running behind the scenes. You’re the organizational backbone of the office (scheduling crews, pulling permits, ordering materials, and keeping customers updated), so every job runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.
What you’ll do:
- Schedule crews and coordinate the day-to-day flow of jobs.
- Pull permits and schedule inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Order materials and track deliveries against the project schedule.
- Keep customers updated on timing and next steps.
- Maintain accurate, well-organized project records and documentation.
- Support Project Managers and the field crews with whatever keeps jobs moving.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable on the phone and over email with customers and vendors.
- Detail-oriented and reliable with paperwork and scheduling.
- Experience in roofing, construction, or trades scheduling a plus.
- Comfortable with standard office software and scheduling tools.
