Salary Range: $12.00 To $15.00 Hourly

As a Detail Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles to the highest standards. Your primary focus will be on thoroughly cleaning, polishing, and protecting both the interior and exterior surfaces of vehicles, ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall presentation. This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet daily operational goals.

You will contribute to creating a positive customer experience by delivering consistently high-quality detailing services. Ultimately, your efforts will support the company's reputation for excellence and help drive repeat business and customer loyalty.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle cleaning and detailing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field.
• Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment used in vehicle detailing.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.

• Perform comprehensive cleaning and detailing of vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, shampooing, and wiping down surfaces.
• Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors to restore and maintain a pristine appearance.
• Inspect vehicles for any damage or issues and report findings to management promptly.
• Operate detailing equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively according to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of detailing tasks.

• Must be able to stand and/or walk for up to eight (8) hours at a time
• Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 pounds
• Must be able to perform the following tasks: walk, squat, bend, stoop, stand, listen, read, and write
