Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Rio Rancho, NM - 3 days onsite and 2 days Remote

Job Type: FULL TIME (>=40 HRS WEEKLY), CONTRACT, Hybrid
Pay Range: $14.97/hr - $20.00/hr
Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior level
Job Description- Resources will handle 13 to 15 calls per day with an average call time of about 16 minutes.
- These calls are handled by customer service individuals with some tech familiarity (e.g., knowledge of a hard drive), but the client is not looking for technical gurus.
- The manager expects the resources to increase diagnostic accuracy in customer handling and report problem statements based on the training provided.
