• DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in the state of New Mexico
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues

• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
• HIPAA training and maintenance of PHI protection

• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year
• Tuberculosis (TB) test required for all new hires in dental office positions; completed prior to starting employment (not applicable in FL & TN)
