Director of Worship – Spanish Ministries; Part-Time | Director; de Alabanza – Ministerios

Faith Church, a multi-generational EFCA church in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, is seeking a part-time director of worship for its Spanish ministries. This role is ideal for a ministry minded, musically gifted leader who can cultivate meaningful, Christ-centered worship.

• Lead and prepare worship for Sunday Spanish ministries services
• Recruit, train and oversee worship team members
• Coordinate rehearsals, scheduling and service planning
• Collaborate with the pastor of Spanish ministries
• Provide spiritual leadership and shepherding care

• Affirms the EFCA Statement of Faith
• Strong biblical understanding of worship
• Excellent musical, vocal and leadership abilities
• Ability to sing and play piano and/or guitar
• Native-level Spanish; proficient in English
• Experience with worship technology and sound systems preferred

• Part-time: 15–20 hours per week
• Compensation: $15,000–$20,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
