Base pay range: $58,656.00/yr – $80,000.00/yr.

We’re looking for an entry‑level Instrumentation and Controls Engineer who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. You’ll have the chance to work on projects including state‑of‑the‑art industrial and commercial facilities.
Responsibilities- Accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks, gaining familiarity with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule.
- Provide on‑site assistance during start‑up and coordinate work activities with other staff members and the discipline lead.
- Help design and optimize control systems for a variety of processes, working closely with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver world‑class solutions for new facilities.
- Develop P&IDs, size valves, specify instrumentation, and document and model design information while ensuring compliance with building codes and industry standards.
- Produce control system designs and develop options and optimizations for all aspects of process control, instrumentation, and automation, under expert mentorship.
- Required: Associate’s or Engineering Technology degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Control Systems, or Electrical Engineering.
- Preferred: Working knowledge of Revit software.
- Preferred: Engineer in Training (EIT).
- Preferred: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred: Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Preferred: Forward‑thinking, eagerness to learn best practices, and a tendency to contribute innovative ideas.
- Preferred: Capability to learn quickly and drive knowledge expansion.
- Preferred: Collaboration skills, effective in multidisciplinary teams.
- Preferred: Passion for buildings and construction.
- Preferred: Prior experience with DDC and PLC‑based control systems.
- Preferred: Experience with data center design or operations.
