Base pay: $180,000 - $215,000 per year.

• Clinical time commitments: minimum 60‑minute intakes and 30‑minute follow‑ups focused on supportive therapy in addition to medication management.
• Strong in‑house referral network for seamless patient care.

• Board Certified by the ANCC as a PMHNP.
• At least 4 years of post‑graduate practice as a PMHNP, preferably in a telehealth setting; prior RN experience in psychiatry or behavioral health is a plus.
• Active and unrestricted license and DEA number; we can assist with licensure as needed.
• Prioritized for applicants with licensure in markets with active needs or ability to obtain autonomous licensure.

• Experience conducting initial mental‑health evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, medication management, and psycho‑education/supportive therapy.
• Proficiency with an electronic medical record system, maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date records.
• Passion for high‑quality care and best practices in virtual telepsychiatry.
• Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous education and evidence‑based practice.
• Proactive work ethic and desire to collaborate.
• Commitment to cost‑effective behavioral health care.
• We are only considering experienced, board‑certified PMHNPs at this time.

We provide in‑network, outpatient treatment for children and adults with depression, anxiety, attention and other disorders. Talkiatry does not offer intensive outpatient or partial hospitalization programs. We focus on bridging the gap in outpatient psychiatry by providing high‑quality, respected medical care with modern tools and infrastructure.
