Centria Autism in Rio Rancho, NM seeks enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized plans under a BCBA. Training is provided to help you teach communication, social and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
The role requires patience, teamwork, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. A CPR/First Aid certification and TB test are needed, with RBT certification required within 45 days of onboarding.
