In‑House Litigation Attorney – Epic

Position based at our Madison, WI campus. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.

We are seeking an exceptional litigator and counselor to join our legal team. You’ll help Epic navigate legal risks as it expands its offerings in an exciting and rapidly changing industry. You’ll manage litigation and regulatory matters, counsel Epic on its evolving competitive landscape, and your responsibility will match your skill set and increase rapidly.

• Draft motions, briefs, conduct oral arguments, lead settlement negotiations, and try cases (3‑7 years experience).
• Participate in competition and regulatory litigation.
• Provide strategic counsel on litigation strategy and risk management.

• Strong academic and professional background.
• Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing and analytic skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Relocation to Madison, WI fully reimbursed.
• COVID‑19 vaccination status required.
