Come create your career with Volt! Volt is hiring a Production/Assembly Associate for a leading organization in Rio Rancho, NM.
Responsibilities- Perform production and assembly work in a manufacturing environment.
- Assemble products and components using hand tools and equipment.
- Read and follow blueprints, schematics, drawings, and work instructions.
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Support daily production goals and follow company safety procedures.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
This is a Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire opportunity.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years of production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or related experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools.
- Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Highly trainable with a willingness to learn.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer skills preferred.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Experience using hand tools and measuring devices.
- Experience following work instructions and specifications.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr.
* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
