We’re hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding guest service, and support the District Manager in maintaining the highest operational standards.

Ayvaz Pizza, a Pizza Hut franchisee, is a fast‑paced, customer‑focused restaurant. We’re looking for a self‑motivated, dynamic team player who thrives in a fast‑paced setting.

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and maintain financial controls.
• Create and manage staff schedules; interview, hire, train and orient team members.
• Coach, counsel, and develop staff while managing team relations.
• Exercise proper food handling, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
• Ensure health and safety inspections and standards are met and set the tone for a fun, family environment.

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience in high‑volume food service concepts.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (Closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas).
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent and possession of all documents required by state and federal law.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage a team in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, results‑oriented, and customer service focused skills.
