The pay for this position is $16/hour + Tips + Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties performed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence. They ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.

  Most locations open at 11:00 am and close at 10:00 pm, with no drive‑thru.

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment (preferred).
