Location: Rio Rancho, NM

Do you thrive in a fast‑paced environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities? OXXO USA seeks an energetic and experienced Retail Store Manager with Food Service to join our team. In this role you will lead a store that includes a restaurant and food preparation area, ensuring exceptional customer service while maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all activities related to the successful operation of a retail store that includes a restaurant/food preparation area.
- Manage employees and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all hours of operation are covered and supported, including recruiting, hiring, and retaining staff.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
- Maintain store cleanliness.
- Provide excellent customer service and set the tone for a friendly environment.
- In charge of store financials.
- Collaborate with the District Manager and other Store Managers to share best practices.
- Recruit, train, and mentor store employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance and career growth.
- Two (2) or more years’ experience in a food service or retail environment (required).
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance (required).

- Communicate sales and profitability goals to store associates and provide feedback.
- Meet and exceed store budget and sales volume targets.
- Assume active role in developing weekly goals for key performance indicators.
