OXXO USA seeks an energetic and experienced Retail Store Manager with Food Service to join our team. In this role you will lead a store that includes a restaurant and food preparation area, ensuring exceptional customer service while maximizing profitability.

• Oversee all activities related to the successful operation of a retail store that includes a restaurant/food preparation area.
• Manage employees and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Ensure all hours of operation are covered and supported, including recruiting, hiring, and retaining staff.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
• Maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service and set the tone for a friendly environment.
• In charge of store financials.
• Collaborate with the District Manager and other Store Managers to share best practices.
• Recruit, train, and mentor store employees, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance team performance and career growth.

• Two (2) or more years’ experience in a food service or retail environment (required).
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance (required).

• Assume active role in developing weekly goals for key performance indicators.
